Standard delivery times within the U.S. are typically 3–7 business days after processing.

Shipping Restrictions

Perfumes (alcohol-based products) are classified as hazardous materials and must ship via ground transportation only within the United States.

We do not currently ship internationally.

We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses for hazardous items (perfumes).
Carriers
We ship primarily through USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground for orders containing perfume. Wood chips and non-hazardous items may ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx at our discretion.
Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@rumiandrose.com with photos of the packaging and product.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Shipping Errors
If we made an error (wrong item sent, missing product), we will cover all costs to correct the issue.
