Thank you for shopping with Rumi & Rose. Please review our shipping guidelines below.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business weeks (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-demand periods (such as product launches or holiday sales), processing may take longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard delivery times within the U.S. are typically 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.


Shipping Restrictions

  • Perfumes (alcohol-based products) are classified as hazardous materials and must ship via ground transportation only within the United States.

  • We do not currently ship internationally.

  • We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses for hazardous items (perfumes).


Carriers

We ship primarily through USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground for orders containing perfume. Wood chips and non-hazardous items may ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx at our discretion.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.


Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@rumiandrose.com with photos of the packaging and product.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim.


Shipping Errors

If we made an error (wrong item sent, missing product), we will cover all costs to correct the issue.
