What is the return policy?

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns of opened items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

Please note: custom creations are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase. Opened or used items will not be accepted.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are hand made in the USA crafted by artisans both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not yet. At this time, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding our shipping options in the future.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to make adjustments. Please contact us immediately.

For custom creations, once your order is produced, we cannot offer a change or cancelation.

How do I use incense/bakhoor?

Place a small piece on a charcoal disc or electric incense burner and allow the fragrance to fill your space. A little goes a long way.
